What Is ParentVUE?

ParentVUE is an online portal/mobile app that allows parents and guardians access to information related to students in the district for whom they are legal guardian(s) or have rights to educational records under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
 

What Should I Do If I Have Not Received or Cannot Find My Activation Key Letter?

If you have not received or cannot find your activation letter, please contact your child’s school. School staff will assist you with activating your ParentVUE account.

 

What If I Have Questions or Issues with ParentVUE?

If you have additional questions or issues with ParentVUE, please contact your child’s school for assistance.

 

What Should I Do If I Have Forgotten My ParentVUE Username and Password?

If you have forgotten your username or password, click the "More Options" button on the ParentVUE login page, click the "Forgot Password" link, and follow the prompts. If you are on the mobile app, select "Forgot Password" directly below your login information, and follow the prompts.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why are Some Buttons Not Working in My Safari Browser?



Safari may be blocking pop-ups for several buttons within ParentVue.  Those with known issues are Services Tracker, Bus Request, and IS Documents.

There is an easy fix for this, and the screenshots are included below:

  1. Open Safari and log in to ParentVue.
  2. Click on the Safari menu and then click on “Settings for pvue.psdschools.org” as highlighted below.

  1. In the new window that opens, find the line that reads “Pop-up Windows” (about halfway down) and click to the right where it says “Block and Notify”.
  2. In the drop-down that now shows, click “Allow” as shown below:

  1. Click outside of the small box.
  2. Try the button within ParentVue that did not work before, and it should work now.
